RETURNS
The buyer will pay shipping of a brand new unused item if they don't want the item. ELECTRONIC PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED AND IT HAS BEEN PLUGGED IN
Ebay considers a restocking fee to be reasonable. If you return an item we will collect this fee to cover initial shipping charges, since shipping is free.
